Re delivery

Hi 

 

I have sent a parcel out by Royal Mail 2nd class post and the customer is saying she has not yet received it and wants a tracking number, I have explained that there is no tracking number as it has gone standard delivery I have given her a copy of the receipt for proof of postage but she is telling me to chase the goods??  Where do I go from here.

Ask her to check with her local delivery office if the item was too big to go through the letter box as some dont leave a card

If it is not there and it is past the estimated day of delivery then refund all the original payment from the paypal payment

Claim off Royal Mail which you can do online or download a form or get one from the PO

You cant claim until 15 working days have past but you dont make the buyer wait

If you have a returns address on the item then it may return too you eventually
