The item that I purchased is faulty. The Seller is sending me a replacement. I am responsible for the postage.
What is the best way to send back the parcel?
If the item is faulty and the seller is in the Uk then they pay the return postage
if they are overseas then you pay
Request a returns so the seller should send you a label
You need to make sure it goes back by a tracked method of postage
It looks as if all the items you have bought were from the UK so your replacement should arrive quickly
If it does not then make sure you dont run out of time to open a not as described dispute.
