Hey,
I have a pacckage that is long overdue, I had a message stating that the Seller was suspended, so I opened a resolution.
Now the seller has sent tracking info from the Royal Mail which states it has been delivered and signed for by a name I do not know.
I'm not convinced that it really has been delivered where do I go from here?
The track and Trace service on Royal Mail is less than useless quite frankly.
I paid through paypal, but if it's saying that it has been delivered what can I do?
If it says delivered then you would lose any dispute
Is the tracking for your address.
Have you checked with neighbours to see if it has been left there. It does not need to be signed for by you
If it is not there then contact Royal Mail and ask them to look into it
You may have to be very firm as often they will only discuss it with the person who posted it
If there is a problem with the tracking and it is not for your item then open a not recieved dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but with in 20 days Tell them to check the tracking
If it is your address and shows as delivered then you will lose the dispute
