Hi plz help purchases a ps4 for my 9 yr old son
Got it today and it keeps cutting off
What's the best thing to do

Contact the seller first to tell them that the item is faulty. They should be given the chance to put things right. If they aren't helpful then open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre - link at the bottom of the page.
