Policy error when trying to publish listing

Hi,

I've listed 3 items and now receive following error when trying to list the 4th and last one:

Attention
It looks like you don't have a payment method on file with us. To complete your listing, please choose a payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account) to pay your eBay seller fees.

I didn't receive any errors before, and haven't listed anything else since last year. Any ideas what's wrong?

At a guess, the credit or debit card you registered may have expired.
