I found an amazing pic I want to buy that is second hand!!! If I were to buy it and receive it, and something had been fake...etc... Could I get a refund through eBay?

Also bear in mind that on this site, anything that seems too good to be true generally is.  If you are spending money that you cannot afford to lose, look for a reputable business with a good track record of sales of the item you want to buy.
