Payment held until transaction complete/enter tracking number

On some of my sold items I am getting the message come up that payment has been received but wont be released to me until order complete.

I mark as item dispatched and then it asks me to enter the tracking number.
I cannot get my payment releases to me until I do this
.
When I listed the item I mark them as royal mail
2nd class etc and I get a proof of posting from the post office.
But this does not show a tracking number. The lady at the post office told me that to get a tracking number I have to send things by special delivery which will obviously cost me more.
So how do I get my money released ?


My wife has an ebay account too and she doesnt have this message come up or funds held.

As a new seller your money is on the 21 day hold for all new sellers

If you dont send it tracked then all it means is you may have to wait the 21 days for the money to be released

ONce you get established then your money will be released straight away just like on  your wife,s account
