The seller has to refund your original postage and, assuming they're in the UK, they have to pay the return postage too. If they refuse file a "Not as described" case with ebay via More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, or go to Resolution Centre, at the very bottom of any page. Escalate to a claim after 8 days.
