Hi, I read online that you get 20 free listings on eBay per month however I have only used 10 and eBay is saying I have reached my limit.
Can someone confirm if you do get 20 free listings or if the rules have changed?

Private sellers can list up to 20 items a month for free
New sellers have listing limits,
yours appears to be 10 items a month,
so you can list your 10 items for free.
