None collection

after going to the resolution centre the buyer has paid but have had no contact regarding collection - was listed as collection only.

i have contacted the buyer but no reply.

any suggestions as the item is a large piece of furniture which  I need out if the way & the listing ended 16th July

Send them one final email letting them know that you need the item collected on or before (a certain date) or you will have to refund minus costs and relist.

Add their name to your blocked bidder list too.

You will need to refund minus costs as they have now paid you wont be able to open a case for non payment or cancellation to get your fees back any other way.

You could always get their telephone number and phone them if you wish but I fear you'll get a lot of promises and still get stuck with the item in your way!
