Negative feedback

I have recently received negative feedback stating i am ingorant.  I have no idea why... as far as I knew the person paid the buy it now price and I sent on carrier the next day, they received it the day after - What can I do I still have no idea why they are angry at me.

If you are within time you can request to get that feedback removed. Ebay policy is feedback has to be polite, calling someone ignorant goes against this.
