i have received negative feedback
I have contacted the buyer to ask them if they require a refund and to request they remove the feedback left
if they do not reply, can I do anything more to have this negative feedback removed
There is nothing you can do to remove a neg unless the buyer is willing to accept a feedback revision request. It would only be removed by ebay if it breached ebays policies which I'm afraid it doesn't. Sorry.
