Negative feedback unjustified

A buyer has left negative feedback about me as she disagrees with the main colour of a piece of clothing she bought.  She did not try to cpntact me or resolve it and now I am concerned how it will impact on my future sales.  Can I have the feedback removed?  I've always had great feedback until now.  She seems to have over reacted.  I see from her previous feedback that she has done this before.

The neutral does not breach policy so you need to work with the buyer on this.  Pick up the phone and advise her that you cannot find any messages from her about the item's colour, you are quite happy to accept a return ...
