Negative feedback removal

I have someone who selected the negative feedback option almost immediately on completion of an auction,. I dont think they actually wrote anything other than selecting the negative button. They have not paid for the goods & therefore not received them so this is either an error on their behalf or malicious 

I have tried to contact them with no response . I have reported the non payment to eBAY but still the negative comment remains - What can i do please ?

Open unpaidcase, closed 4 days later if still not paid.

Feedback should be removed when you close case, but if not contact ebay & get them to do it.

Buyers can only receive positive feedback, so do not leave any.
