My order has never turned up,seller has now blocked me

At the end of June I ordered 3 uv gel nail varnishes which I still haven't received, I have messaged the seller a number of times asking if the won't send me my order then I would like a full refund, the seller has now blocked me so I can't contact them and I now am £13.50 down they may not be a lot to some people but I'm a single mum so every penny counts, I'm not sure what to do or who to contact ? Can anyone help please?

As there is no response from the seller you can immediately open a case under eBay's money back guarantee:

It's important to read the procedure carefully and follow the timelines. A case must be opened within 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date. If still unresolved after 8 days you need to escalate it for eBay to step in.
