I wanted to point out that the invoice that came to my email does not agree, because I had issued 20 items in September and it is for free, I do not agree with the price of 6.40 pounds for 20 items.
Please provide a rapid solution.

That looks like the final value fees for the items you sold during September.  You may be able to put up listings for free but eBay always charge final value fees when auction items sell.  Here's a link to the list of fees:-

Then go to your eBay home page > account  and navigate to the detailed invoice which will show you exactly what you have been charged for.
