Marking items as dispatched

I have recently sold items on Ebay.  I have posted them via my local post office so that I get the postage correct, but I am unable to mark items as dispatched.

Does anybody know why?

Next to items in your My eBay>Sold summary is a dropdown menu.

Can you not mark them as dispatched from there?

If not, are you using an app?
