Lower buy it now price

How do I pay for a lower price. I have agreed new price and buyer asked to just pay his Paypal via email

Hi,

If you have agreed a lower price for a BIN item  with your seller, your seller needs to end the listing and relist it at the agreed price for you then to bid and pay.  Contact your seller to do this for you.
