WHEN I ENTER A BUY IT NOW PRICE, OR AUCTION PRICE, AND GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND CLICK ON PROCEED. IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE START, AND IN RED ASKS  ME TO INSERT A VALID BUY IT NOW PRICE, AND SO ROUND AND ROUND. ANY CLUES

It seems to do this from time to time, usually if you've been listing on auction and then go to a BIN.

I usually log out and clear cookies and cache and then try again, it seems to work fine afterward.

A lot of eBay gltiches can be resolved in this way.
