Item not as described?

Hello. 

Just wondering whether it is acceptable to sell an item as used and not put in the description that it has been previously broken and repaired?

Received three jars where the knob on top of the lid has been broken and repaired on each one, does this count as been used or come under item different to the description?

No, I would not accept undisclosed damage.   Go to Resolution Centre, bottom of any page, or to "More Actions", far right of item on your Purchase History page.  Open a return case and select "Doesn't match description".  

If the seller does not accept the return escalate it after 8 days to get a return postage label and refund.
