Item not as described

Hello....I bought a nokia phone 635.....8 gig...with a 4.5 inch screen...so I thought....I was sent a nokia phone the size of my nokia 520 with a 3.7 inch screen...got in touch the seller seems not interested in what I say....and will not refund.....I said, I would not advertise a jaguar car for sale when in fact it is  a fiat now would I.....I said no probs I will go to the resolution centre.......he said ..no probs.....please advise...Regards.

Ok, go to the resolution centre and open a case for not-as-described, escalate to eBay after 8 full days and follow their instructions to the letter.  Ignore anything that the seller might say and just see the case through.
