ITEM SOLD TWICE BUT ONLY ONE TO SELL

MY CARBDON MONOIDE DETECTOR HAS BEEN SOLD TWICE- THERE WAS ONLY ONE [I AM NOT A SHOP].....IT WAS PALCED BY EBAY IN 2 CATAGORIES. DON'T KNOW WHY. I CANCELLED A THIRD ONE BUT THERE WAS A MESSAGE SAYING ONE ONLY WOULD BE VISIBLE TO CUSTOMERS....

THIS WAS NOT THE CASE...

I HAVE SENT ITEM 2 FIRST BIDDER [6.20] AND NOT SECOND ONE FOR 5.81.

I HAVE ASKED THIS PERSON 2 TO REQUEST REFUND.

THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BEFORE. I WILL BE VERY ANNOYED IF THIS IS NOT QUICKLY RESOLVED BY U.

IT IS NOT MY FAULT.

Ebay don't list items, you do, so you must have listed item twice.

You can ask 2nd buyer if they will cancel, but they don't have to agree, if they don't you still pay ebay fees on item.

Go to sold item, click dropdown arrow & select contact buyer & explain to them.

Then click dropdown arrow again & click cancel item, if they have paid, you need to also refund them via paypal transaction.
