I haven't been paid

I Have had a lady bid on my item and not pay from 11days ago. I have sent payment reminders and also messaged her as I have had no reply I can see from her feedback se has done this before however I have no option to leave her feedback how do I report her for this? Thanks

Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers, and it wouldn't help anyway

Open an unpaid item case in the resolution centre, close on day 5 for a refund of your final value fees

Neither of you get to leave feedback, buyer gets a strike

Set your preferences to block those with 2 or more strikes in a year and add them to your blocked bidder list
