I contact the seller a few time and the last time on 27 jul and i haven't got any answer yet. you can see on the sent messeges on my account.

What is the reson you closed the case (number: ***)?

 The estimated delivery date for the bra is 5th August so not due yet. When the item has gone past it's estimated delivery date, open a case in the resolution centre for "item not recieved" and you will get a refund.
