How to pay for an item that the seller has accepted my offer

Have made an offer to a seller and she wants to accept it but how do we do this so that I can pay her

She can only accept a 'best offer' if she is using that feature on the listing.  If she is and she accepted your offer then it would appear in your purhcase history section  as awaiting payment - in which case you just go through the checkout as normal.

If she is not using 'best offer' then she either needs to revise the price on the listing to the amount agreed and you bid or she needs to set up a buy-it-now for you to buy.  If she won't do either of those then she is trying to do an off-site deal which could get both accounts in trouble and you should walk away fast.
