How to message ebay

Hi just wondered how to message a member of an eBay stuff

99% of the threads that we see here about needing to contact eBay don't require any contact with eBay after all. This is why they've not got a direct email route, because they'd be snowed under with people asking questions about not receiving their item or what to do when they've got a buyer who doesn't pay, etc.

There aren't many questions that can't be answered via ebay's Help pages or the Site Map (text link located at the bottom of this page), or ask here or on the Buyer or Seller section of the Answer Centre.

If it's still necessary to contact an eBay CS rep, you can do this by clicking on the Help & Contact tab, top right of this page, and keep selecting topics and putting questions in until the contact page comes up (may take some time).
