How do you REMOVE an item from a collection ?

I have an item in my collection that is no longer available, how do I remove it from the collection ?

Click on your profile and then on eBay my world.  Then click on the number in brackets next to your collections.  Then use the 'edit' function and on the photo there is a white box (top right) with a drop-down arrow - the remove facility is there.
