If the seller is not responding then you cannot do anything more until tthey either send you an invoice or send you a cancellation request or open an unpaid item dispute.
When you looked at the listing and clicked on the postage and payments tab, did the page show postage for Denmark? If so and you are using an app then these are known to have problems. You can just log directly into your Paypal account and try using the facility "pay for goods, eBay items" (do not use any other option) and see if that clears the problem.
