HI how do i get the corect name and address of seller who has given me the wrong one , he miss sold

the rogue trader deliberatly sent he wron part that is deception he also has a negative for miss selling sending itam not as described so ebay are aware of what he is doing i think he is selling parts for a scooter company on the side iam checking him out at company house we wil see thanks for heering my complaint county court action next    paul

File a case with ebay and escalate it after 8 days (go to Resolution Centre, bottom of any page).  You will then be given details of return address.
