I am being charged fees for an item that didn't sell. I have only put two items on that both didn't sell in a long time.

Only basic listings are free

You added chargeable upgrades in the form of a reserve & the fee for that is 4% of the rerserve for each listing !!

As you have found reserves are a waste of money....they deter buyers !!  You should simply have started the listings at the minimum you would accept & would not have been charged !!
