Hi I brought a set off coilovers for my car I had them fitted from my mechanic and one off the front is faulty and I am not happy and wanting to send them back and for a refund because it's faulty and ita within the 30days and the faulty part has damaged a brand new part o brought and wanting them to replace it

If you open a case for "not as described" you can get a refund for the faulty part, but if you want compensation for other damage it will be between you and the seller.
