Ebay Return Labels

Hi, I have had 2 items delivered that are not as described. The seller has agreed for them to be posted back. Each item weighs 23kg. The returns postage label provided says the post office will not take items that are in excess of 20Kg. How do I post the items? Any suggestions?

You will have to get through to Customer Service to get appropriate labels.
