Defect registered on seller dashboard

I am a low volume private seller, I have had no bad feedback but a defect has been registered in my seller dashboard, on my low volume of sales any defect has a bad effect on my seller rating, how can I find out who has marked me down so that I can contact them to resolve the problem

Hello,

Click on your feedback number 426 to bring you to your seller dashboard, click on that.

Scroll down to % of transactions with defects click on that!

Then scroll down till you find in tiny blue writing a link download transaction reports with defects.

This will bring you to a page with the transaction and the defect star rating it received.
