Buyer claims the item i sent was damaged as packaging was intact when she received it, but i know the item was in perfectly good condition when i packaged and sent it. She now want's a refund which i agreed to once she returned the item but she also want's me to refund the return postage costs on top of her original payment...where do i stand on this?

Ask her for photos of the damge so you can assess how to proceed.
If the item is damaged beyond resale value then you dont have to have it back at all and can refund and ask the buyer to dispose of it.
If it came to a case eBay would make you provide a returns label to the buyer, prepaid.
If you do decide to have to have the item back it's best to ask the buyer to open a returns case so you can be guided through the process.
