Customer Did Not Pay Me And I Am Still Being Charged £40+

   If anyone from eBay sees this, can you please fix my issue? The buyer has not paid me and I even opened a case against them. Point is, after all this time they still have paid or responded back. But why is eBay about to charge me £43.25 for nothing? Can someone please reslove this issue? Thank you...

Ebay charge you as soon as item sells.

How long ago did you open unpaid case?

You can open unpaid case 2 days after auction end, must be closed between 4 & 32 days later, or will time out in buyers favour.

If within that timescale, close now saying NOT paid.
