Yes. If you are returning it via an eBay item not as described dispute, the seller should send you a pre-paid returns label.
If they don't, then escalate the dispute to eBay after it's been open for 8 full days, and eBay will provide you with a returns label and will recharge the seller for it.
You should be aware that MAC do not wholesale their product out, and that it's only available from their, or their selected, retail outlets and their website.
