How the heck do you contact E bay accounts to resolve a problem. They recently direct deited my bank account instead of my Pay pal account. As the Bank did not hold an E Bay Direct debit authority they bounced the payment and now EBay have hit me with a penalty surcharge.
It is not a large sum but on principle I don't see why I should pay it.
I just need somebody to talk to.
