Clarification on wording of Returns policy

Hello!

 

I'm trying to find a way of contacting eBay without using the phone (I feel I should try and resolve a case quickly, but I will be difficult to contact for the next week or so) as I would like clarification over why, having received a refund (as my Seller chose to provide one) does my eBay Summary list this item as "Unpaid", even though the case is Closed?!

 

Any input would be very much appreciated!

What you are seeing is a very irritating thing arising from bad eBay programming.  You can 'hide' it in your purchase history and it will eventually disappear but you will need to be careful going through checkout for about 30 days from the sale date - some people have paid accidentally for cancelled items.
