Cancelling order when it has already been paid.

Have cancelled an order with seller. However Ebay advises not to cancel with supplier until you have received eived a refund. When I did this, the seller has said Ebay will refund after I have cancelled. What do I do. Cancel even though have not received refund although Ebay says not to do this until you have received refund. Help

Do Not cancel until you have been refunded, the seller is trying it on, only cancel when you have your refund.
