Cancelling an order as I don't trust the buyer.

hi, I listed a tea set for £140, the listing was delivery within the UK. When bidding had finished I found the winning bid was from indonesia. I didn't really want to post outside the UK but said I'd investigate costs. The buyer has asked me to put a fake amount on the customs form which I now realise what that means and I agreed to post on Monday morning, I've heard nothing since and would like to cancel the order on several grounds. I don't want to open an unpaid item case as I don't want to send it them but am concerned that if I cancel the order they can leave negative feedback or the cancellation goes on my profile.

Many thanks

Hi,

He is asking you to break the law by stating a false claim on the customs form, I'm sure a cancellation if it does receive a defect, CS can look through your Ebay messages,  and see the buyer is requesting something which is against the law.
