I am sorry but it sounds as though you got landed with a lousy seller and there is nothing you can do about it. What reason did the seller choose for the cancellation? If it was an 'out of stock' cancellation then they have just damaged their own account, given themselves a 'defect'. If they make a habit of that then their selling account won't last long.
I suggest that you find a different seller; there are many on the site who will not mess about and who would welcome your business.
