Buying just to leave bad feedback

I have someone who has purchased an item from me I believe on behalf of someone else who I had dealings with regarding this, they are refusing to pay until the 3 days that they are allowed has passed and I believe there intention is to leave bad feedback is there anything I can do to protect myself here?

Open an unpaid case, close after 4 days....get a fee credit

the bidder cannot then leave feedback.....if they leave it before the case closes contact eBay & it will be removed
