Buyer wants to cancel sale?

My item has just sold and buyer has sent a message asking to cancel order..its wrong length(dress)..It has been in auction for 7 days..do i have to relist or can i offer to next bidder?

Go to "More Actions", far right of the item on your sold list, select "Cancel order", and ask the buyer to agree to the email they'll receive.

Then go to "More Actions" again and use the Second Chance Offer link to offer to the underbidder.
