Winning bidder made initial contact but hasn't paid or contacted since - I have messaged him twice and no response - it's not a big sale but I will still be charged as it is sold according to eBay - any advice of best course of action?
Start an Unpaid Item case 2 or more complete days after end of auction. If they still don't pay close it after another 4 complete days to end transaction and get your selling fee back from ebay. More details here:
