Open a non payment dispute at the top of the page under Help and contact and close it after another 4 days
You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike on their account tne neither of you can leave feedback
You dont need to keep messaging them just open the dispute
You should not have relisted until the sale is sorted out
If the first buyer pays and you have sold it again you would have one item and two buyers
If you dont do the non payment you will be left with fees of 10% on the end price
