Send them one final email and explain politely that you cannot store the item for much longer and therefore will regretfully have to refund and relist if you have not heard from them by a certain date (you choose the date).
If they don't respond to that then refund and cancel on that date.
If they ignore the cancellation you can close it yourself after 10 days from opening and still get a final value fee credit, you'll only lose out if they decline it.
