Buyer has paid for item, but not come to collect

I have an item that sold and I have received payment. I contacted the buyer as this was a collection only sale. I have e mailed them twice now to arrange collection and he hasn't replied to any e mails or made any attempt to collect the item

Send them one final email and explain politely that you cannot store the item for much longer and therefore will regretfully have to refund and relist if you have not heard from them by a certain date (you choose the date).

 

If they don't respond to that then refund and cancel on that date.

 

If they ignore the cancellation you can close it yourself after 10 days from opening and still get a final value fee credit, you'll only lose out if they decline it.
