sorry I don't know how to reply to your comments!!!! The item sold 33 days ago and I posted 1st class signed for. I emailed to say that it was a used item as she bid on it and that if it had broken maybe she over loaded it with stuff!!!! She admitted that she's used the bag 'twice' and she's an old age pensioner so I should have the decency to give her her money back!!!!! The bag strap has broken she sent a picture of it. Still not giveinf her refund. Scammer me thinks!!!!

A buyer can open a case for SNAD up to 30 days after latest estimated delivery date in eBay ....they could be in time to do so ....

If they are in time then you will almost certainly be obliged to offer a full refund on return and you will also be expected to pay return postage costs too.

If the buyer is out of time with eBay then they can still open a case in PayPal ...up to 180 days after sale . However PayPal do look into the case details so if buyer states they have been using the bag then it is possible they may lose the case...
