I am well over 18 and have been buying happily for a number of years. Why is it that today I placed a bid for a canteen of cutlery and it was blocked. Can someone explain and tell me what I must do. The last two answers said that I must register a card which I obviously have already done and confirm my age since cutlery comes under the heading of knives. confused!
