Being charge by Ebay for something who was not sold

I have been charged by Ebay for an item who was not sold. The supposedly "Buyer" is a Turck who bid for fun and never intended to buy or have the item collected.

At the time I raised a complain through Ebay against the seller and also for not having actually sold my item.

Now Ebay bills me for "seller Fee" and Shipping tax !!!

And, obviously not a single link to Email a complain.

Just some pre-prepared answers who make you turn around and around to come back where you first started.

Any idea on how to complain "Directly" to someone on this site ?

When you say that you 'raised a complaint', did you open an unpaid item case or go through the cancellation procedure?  If not then the eBay system doesn't know that the buyer did not pay.

You can open an unpaid item case 2 full days after the listing ended and no later than 32 days after the sale date.
