Asked to not send but sent anyway

Hi I ordered s9me boots and about 3 mins later I contacted the seller and said please can you refund as I have only just ordered and you have not posted yet as I have found cheaper , then just looked at my eBay buying and the seller has posted it today ? Where do I stand with this as I had already asked them not to post ? Thanks

If a privatre seller you stand nowhere as private sellers do not have to accept cancellations or returns

If a business seler then you will have the right to return at your expense for a refund !!

To be fair.....your reason for cancellation would not be one acceptable by eBay anyway !!
